The owner of properties in “Punta Blanca Golf and Beach Club” could apply for an annual “Membership” fee.
Membership grants the properties, so that can be used for both, owners and renters, limiting itself a maximum of two (2) people by house.
This “Membership” grants a series of rights and discounts in the use of the facilities of the Golf course and the Club House.
These rights and discounts are based on the type of “acquired Membership”, level A or level B.

The annual “Membership” fee on level “A” does not depends on the type of property but the level “B” does depend on, according to the following descriptions:

The owners or renters who don’t have a “Membership” will have a 10% discount on the Green Fee.
The terms and conditions of this offer will be subject to “Membership agreement” established between the property of the Complex and the Golf Direction.
